Yes. fenel is free for everyday users, with additional options for creators, teams, communities, brands, and events that want to do more together.

fenel is designed around privacy, permission, and consent, including how shared moments connect people's relationship and community worlds. Your world is yours, and sharing should always feel like sharing.

To claim a brand on fenel, you’ll need to verify that you’re an authorized owner or representative of the brand and pay an annual brand ownership fee. Once verified, you can manage your brand’s official fenel presence, community worlds, events, and authorized team members.

If someone is impersonating you, your brand, or your organization on fenel, let us know at hello@fenel.com. We’ll review the account and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the impersonating profile and help you claim your official presence.
